The long cross bars are one piece custom bent for strength.
They go through laser cut 7 GA. plate brackets and are plug welded on the ends, no plastic plugs!!
The bottom pipe is 13 ga. thickness to take extra abuse and protect winch fairleads.
The bumpers are smooth, no rough or sharp edges,
no welding spatter, and are fully welded.
